This teaching is a verse-by-verse deep dive into all of Romans 6, providing more scriptural evidence that we are now free from sin's mastery over us and are slaves of righteousness instead.  In addition, this teaching provides very practical ways to lead a life of holiness as God commands -- strategies for helping our new nature to overpower the old and remain in dominance.  

UNDERSTANDING REDEMPTION: The Power of His Resurrection, pt.1

Did you know that your redemption in Christ is more wonderful than you have probably understood?  The New Testament was originally penned in Greek, which is a much more expansive language than English, so there's a lot that's lost in translation.  There are actually four Greek words that are translated into English as the single word, redemption, or redeem.  This teaching will examine all four of these Greek words so we get a more thorough understanding of our redemption through Jesus' death and resurrection, and what God saved us from and then provided through that redemptive process.
