NFL player Harrison Butker has been under heavy verbal attack in the past week for his pro-family speech at a commencement ceremony.  Harrison Butker sees various social issues through the lens of the Word of God, which has gotten him attacked and called a white supremicist, racist, and male chauvinist.  Yet the Bible does address some of the most difficult and volatile issues of our time, and it would be good if more of God's people knew what His Word says about these things and stood up to proclaim them.  Truth is not changeable with the times, but is immutable.  We address several "taboo" social issues in this teaching from the perspective of God's immutable Word.  Buckle up!    

In this follow up to last week's teaching, BLF elder Brent Denney extends the topic of godly mothering to not only the biological role but to the extension of that role beyond the household.

In this teaching, Pastor Andy and wife Donna tag-team for a panel discussion of sorts addressing matters of child rearing and training.  This session is packed full of parenting wisdom from the scriptures plus 30 years of experience from Pastor Andy and Donna.  

This part 2 of the series focuses primarily on the role of the wife and mother, although there's something for everyone in this teaching, even single people.  This is timeless wisdom in helping homes to function properly, keeping families healthy and happy, and representing the Lord well in our homes.  

God's structure for the family doesn't look like society's structure for the family these days.  Therefore, this teaching is not politically correct.  It calls men to attention especially, challenging them to step up and assume their God-given roles as spiritual leaders in the home and the church, providing instruction on what God expects of male leadership and what that is supposed to look like. 

Continuing with the theme of the critical convictions of highly fruitful Christians, we close out the 2-part series with a couple of additional concepts vital to our lives in Christ and walking in abundant fruitfulness in Christ. HINT: It's all about transformation, and impact.
