In this follow up to our first session of fasting, this part 2 provides more compelling reasons to fast, plus some important tips on how to fast.  This teaching will both equip and motivate you to begin a lifestyle of fasting.  

While the concept of "the reason for the season" may seem overdone, this teaching puts a new spin on it that magnifies the extent of the rescue mission Jesus came to accomplish.  The manger is wonderful, but that just marked the beginning of Jesus' mission.  This teaching is a very clear presentation of the gospel.
